The Penguin Gang Army was started on September 3, 2008 by TyloV5, a soldier in the ACP. Soon people began to join, but not super fast. Tylo was still happy, however, and hoped that many people would join soon. The first scheduled invasion, however, didn’t go well at all (a.k.a. no one showed up). TyloV5, even after that failure, decided to have an author contest.
